Double-click the "Smart Card" folder in the main window. Right-click "Turn On Smart Card Plug and Play Service" and select "Edit." In the Properties dialog, select "Disabled" to turn off this service and remove the smart card option from the login screen. Click "Apply" and "OK" to save your changes.
Scroll down to the "Smart Card" service, double click on it to bring up Properties, and change the Startup Type to Manual. Then do the same for the "Smart Card Device Enumerator" service. To fix this issue, you can try updating your Nvidia driver to the latest version and make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date as well.
