In that case you should use unique numbers (e.g. the UID) as a part of the NDEF message, so that your web application can differentiate the various tags. –

There will be many NFC tags, but only a few readers which need to share a common database.The NFC is just a web link to download the profile. User scans the NFC, installs the wifi profile, and it automatically connects their phone to the wifi. They actually never see the password for the guest wifi network. Annoying? Absolutely.but it works.
